Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Every pair is made when you order it. Please keep that in mind when reading the timelines below. Your pair does not exist yet when you check out. That is not a delay. That is the process. Dispatch time also depends on how many pairs are in your order. A single pair is usually ready to ship the next day. Larger orders, let's say, 8 to 10 pairs, or hand-painted pieces, take a little longer, usually 3 to 4 days before they leave the studio. Either way, your order goes into the process the moment you place it and you will hear from us when it ships.

Within India Orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
International We ship everywhere. International orders are delivered within 20 business days from dispatch. Delivery times vary by country and are sometimes affected by customs processing, local postal services, or public holidays, none of which are in our control, but we will always keep you informed.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
A note on addresses Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not able to reroute packages once dispatched, and we cannot take responsibility for orders that do not arrive due to an incorrect address.
Tracking You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched. If something seems off with your shipment, write to us at cropoffs@gmail.com and we will look into it with the carrier.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Every pair is made to order, by hand, specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of a defect or damage on arrival.
If your order arrives damaged Write to us at cropoffs@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will review it and respond with next steps.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping charges are not refunded.
EXCHANGE
We do not offer exchanges. If a defective item is approved for return, please place a new order separately.
Before you order Since every pair is made for you and cannot be returned unless defective, please read the product description carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about a specific pair, write to us before ordering, we are happy to help.
